Laundry defense project being undertaken in cooperation with our JIFCI partners and scientists at CERN, exploring the possibility of creating warded enclaves by running Dho-Na defensive invocations through power and information grids. The plan would require enormous amounts of computing and electrical power, but some projections hold out the hope of creating a semi-stable Continental Large Ward Array, which would prevent local manifestations of CRETAN- and possibly even SCEPTRE-level entities from occurring. The truly optimistic planners believe it may be possible to create a Planetary Large Ward Array, although the requirements envisioned make this unlikely in the extreme. More optimistic experiments suggest that Local Large Ward Arrays, covering areas kilometers across, may be attainable in the near term. ORCHESTRA is warming up for major field tests in nine to sixteen months.
