Cabernet
Project CHAIN CABERNET was a Laundry project that explored the prophylactic use of anti-anxiety and anti-psychotic medication to prevent or mitigate psychological damage to individuals during a MCIE or NIGHTMARE event. Initiated in 2009, CABERNET was suspended four years later, after difficulties in both the individual-regimen design and testing protocol stages. Also, serious problems in dose management and controlled delivery remained to be solved, keeping CABERNET from moving to mass trial.
