Brilliant Lance

The BUCKLER committee is the home for strange and hopeful weapon systems, and BRILLIANT LANCE is one of those. Project BL proposes to incorporate EMERALD LANCE technology into larger and much longer-ranged weapons such as the Sea Viper, Harpoon or Tomahawk missiles¹. Unfortunately, given the cost and the deliberate pace of development for major weapon systems, it’s unlikely that BRILLIANT LANCE will make it off the drawing boards in time to help with the impending NIGHTMARE events.
